UPAYA MENINGKATKAN SIKAP SOPAN SANTUN MELALUI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN MODEL ROLE PLAYING

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh informasi secara objektif tentang 1) Gambaran sikap sopan santun siswa sebelum diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan model role playing pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bina Utama Sosok. 2) Pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan model role playing untuk meningkatkan sikap sopan santun pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran  di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bina Utama Sosok. 3) Adanya peningkatan sikap sopan santun siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan model role playing. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu PTKBK, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pedoman observasi, panduan wawancara, skala psikologi dan dokumentasi. Variabel  yang diteliti yaitu rendahnya sikap sopan santun, dengan aspek 1) Tata Krama Bergaul dengan Guru di Sekolah. 2) Tata Krama Bergaul dengan Orang yang Lebih Tua. 3) Tata Krama Bergaul dengan Teman Sebaya. 4) Tata Krama Bergaul dengan Lawan Jenis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Pemasaran SMK Bina Utama Sosok Kabupaten Sanggau yang terdiri dari 9 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian di peroleh bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan model role playing dapat meningkatkan sikap sopan santun siswa kelas X Pemasaran SMK Bina Utama Sosok Kabupaten Sanggau. Kata Kunci: Sikap Sopan Santun, Bimbingan Kelompok, Role Playing
