ANALISIS SOPAN SANTUN PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMP PESANTREN ASSALAM PONTIANAK

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran sopan santun siswa kelas VII SMP Pesantren Assala Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian study survey. untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian dapat digunakan teknik pengumpul data: 1). teknik komunikasi langsung, 2). teknik komunikasi tidak langsung. Sedangkan alat pengumpul datanya adalah 1). panduan wawancara. 3). Skala psikologis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas VII SMP Pesantren Assalam Pontianak dengan jumlah subyek penelitian 34 orang siswa. Untuk melihat gambaran sopan santun siswa maka akan diberikan lembar skala psikologis yang akan di isi oleh siswa. Dari hasil analisis skala psikologis tersebut, akan terdapat hasil presentase nilai, dari jumlah keseluruhan  yakni sebegai berikut : presentase  nilai keseluruhan 80%. Dari Hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahawa analisis sopan santun siswa dalam kategori baik. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sopan santun terbagi menjadi dua yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi faktor yang ada didalam diri individu itu sendiri yang dapat mempengaruhi sopan santunya, sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu orang tua, lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: sopan santun.
