UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL SISWA MELALUI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK PERMAINAN SIMULASI

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Sungai Kakap Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan simulasi pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Sungai Kakap. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian action research dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling. Teknik pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung dan teknik komunikasi langsung dengan alat pengumpul data berupa pedoman observasi, dan skala psikologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua 8 orang siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan simulasi untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas X di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Sungai Kakap terutama pada kelas X IPA 1 telah dilaksanakan dan berhasil dengan baik Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Bimbingan Kelompok, Permainan Simulasi
