LAYANAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 SISWA KELAS X SMK LKIA PONTIANAK

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di masa pandemi Covid-19 siswa kelas X sekolah menengah kejuruan LKIA Pontianak. Namun dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan layanan orientasi, layanan informasi dan home visit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan bentuk penelitian studi survey dengan sampel siswa pada kelas X Akutansi dan Keuangan Lembaga. Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran, Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan teknik observasi langsung, teknik komunikasi langsung, dan dokumenter. Dari hasil dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini, pelaksanaan layanan orientasi pada masa pandemi covid-19 sekolah LKIA melaksanankan layanan orientasi secara daring dengan menggunakan alat media seperti handphone dan labtop dengan menggunakan aplikasi power point yang dibagikan melalui WhatsApp untuk melaksanakan kegiatan layanan orientasi selama dimasa pandemi covid-19, pelaksanaan layanan informasi berupa situasi dan kondisi disekolah selama masa pandemi covid-19, dan aktivitas pembelajaran selama pandemi covid-19 kepada siswa yang berisi tentang aktifitas guru selama pembelajaran, dan pelaksanaan Home Visit atau berkunjung kerumah siswa yang bermasalah adapun kasus yang ditangani guru bimbingan dan konseling selama masa pandemi covid-19 klien ada tiga kasus yang ditanggani oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling yaitu siswa berinisial JC, RC, dan SY. Kata kunci: Layanan BK, Covid-19
