Abstrak

AbstrakPenelitian dalam studi awal ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman studi lanjut siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 22 Pontianak. Metode penelitian dalam studi awal yang digunakan adalah studi survey dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner dengan menyebarkan google from tentang pemahaman studi lanjut, studi awal ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 22 Pontianak. Hasil wawancara dengan guru BK dalam membantu siswa menentukan pemilihan studi lanjut, guru BK menyebarkan angket dan membuat pohon karir agar siswa dapat menentukan studi lanjut. Dari data observasi yang dilakukan di kelas IX terdiri dari 3 kelas berjumlah 70 orang di antaranya 36 siswa laki-laki dan 34 siswa perempuan. Peneliti membuat kuesioner disebarkan melalui google from berisi tentang pemahaman studi lanjut, hasilnya 65 siswa mampu menentukan studi lanjut dan 5 siswa tidak dapat menentukan studi lanjut. Berdasarkan data yang sudah di interprestasi maka studi awal dalam pemahaman studi lanjut siswa perlu dilakukan inovasi dalam penyampain informasi tentang pemahaman studi lanjut, karena dengan adanya inovasi baru dalam media BK dapat menarik perhatian siswa. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari studi awal peneliti memberikan layanan informasi menggunakan aplikasi capcut untuk meningkatkan pemahaman studi lanjut siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 22 Pontianak.
