Abstrak

AbstrakTujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Modeling untuk meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Belajar Siswa SMA Pesona Danau Lindung Empangau. Dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi secara objektif tentang untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Bimbingan Kelompok Dengan Teknik Modeling untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas X Di SMA Pesona Danau Lindung Empangau. Metode dalam ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dan jumlah sampel yang terlibat sebanyak 10 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi yang selanjutnya akan dianalisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelum tindakan mendapatkan Nilai rata-rata 60,6% dan setelah siklus I 69,1% di siklus II mendapatkan perolehan 79,4% dan setelah tindakan dari siklus II hasil akhir dari Nilai rata-rata memperoleh 88,3% dapat disimpulkan bahwah pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dengan Teknik modeling dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa.
