Abstrak

AbstrakPenelitian Ini Bertujuan Unutuk Mengatsi Perilaku Terlambat Melalui Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Dengan Teknik Self-Management Pada Peserta Didik Kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Teriak, Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian tindakan, dengan bentuk penelitinnya adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling (PTBK). Untuk menumpulkan data penelitin, digunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu (1) teknik observasi langsung, (2) teknik komunikasi langsung, (3) teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yaitu (1) pedoman observasi, (2) panduan wawancara, (3) skala psikologis. Penelitian dilakukan dikelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Teriak dengan jumlah subyek penelitian 8 peserta didik. Hasil pelaksankan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self-management untuk mengurangi terlambat pada peserta kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Teriak mendapat persentase rata-rata 49% dengan kategori baik.
