Abstrak

Pola asuh merupakan suatu proses membimbing, mendidik, dan mendisiplinkan yang dilakukan oleh orangtua pada anak untuk mencapai kemandirian dengan menerapkan norma-norma tertentu yang ada dalam keluarga dan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui gambaran pola asuh orang tua di TK Daarul Jannah Pontianak Timur. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan jumlah sampel yang terlibat sebanyak 11 responden. Dalam penelitian ini juga terdapat tujuan khusus gambaran pola asuh orang tua, jenis-jenis pola asuh orang tua, faktor-faktor pola asuh orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, angket dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa pola asuh yang paling banyak diterapkan oleh orang tua anak TK Daarul Jannah Pontianka Timur adalah pola asuh demokratis 82%, jumlah persentase ini lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan pola asuh otoriter 57% dan pola asuh permisif 43%, dan juga terdapat faktor yang paling menonjol yaitu faktor lingkungan di rumah. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola asuh demokratis merupakan pola asuh yang paling banyak diterapkan oleh orang tua anak di TK Daarul Jannah Pontianak Timur dengan faktor yang paling terlihat yaitu faktor lingkungan.
