ANALISIS PERILAKU BULLYING PADA SISWA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI 1 SUNGAI AMBAWANG

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku bullying yang terjadi di SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang, penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif  jenis dekskriptif penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dimaksud untuk mendeskripsi perilaku bullying yang terjadi di SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa pelaku bullying yang berjumlah lima subjek. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada lima siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang yang memiliki perilaku bullying di sekolah. Faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi kelima subjek dalam penelitian ini dua diantaranya disebabkan oleh norma kelompok, sedangkan tiga diantaranya faktor keluarga atau pola asuh orangtua. Bentuk-bentuk bullying di sekolah yang dilakukan oleh subjek yang pertama adalah bullying verbal, yaitu bullying melalui kalimat ejekan dan menyebut kekurangan fisik, kedua bullying dalam bentuk fisik, yaitu berupa saling menyenggol hingga memukul. Ketiga bullying mental yang berupa dikucilkan atau diauhkan dari pertemanan. Adapun beberapa upaya yang dilakukan guru BK untuk mengatasi perilaku bullying, a) Penyusunan program sesuai asesmen kebutuhan b) Memberikan layanan informasi c) Layanan responsif d) Konseling individual e) Bimbingan kelompok f) Memonitoring kegiatan-kegiatan positif yang menanamkan rasa empati dan meningkatkan rasa tolerasi sesama teman.
