Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang program bimbingan dan konseling yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik kelas X di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Sintang. Tujuan utama dari program ini adalah untuk membantu peserta didik dalam mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang mereka hadapi, meningkatkan potensi diri, serta mendukung perkembangan akademik dan pribadi mereka. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket kebutuhan peserta didik untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan bimbingan dan konseling peserta didik. Angket yang disebarkan mencakup berbagai aspek penting seperti kebutuhan akademik, pribadi, sosial, dan karir. Hasil dari angket tersebut kemudian dianalisis untuk menentukan prioritas kebutuhan yang paling mendesak bagi peserta didik. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh, dirancang sebuah program bimbingan dan konseling yang terpadu, yang tidak hanya fokus pada satu aspek saja, melainkan mencakup berbagai aspek yang saling berkaitan dan mendukung satu sama lain. Diharapkan bahwa program ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan akademik dan pribadi peserta didik, membantu mereka dalam mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi, serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk masa depan yang lebih baik. Dengan adanya program bimbingan dan konseling yang terstruktur dan terarah, diharapkan pula bahwa kualitas pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Sintang dapat meningkat secara signifikan.
