Abstrak

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengubah perilaku membolos melalui. Penerapan Pelaksanaan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan teknik Self-Management pada peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri I Sungai Ambawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan, dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling (PTBK). Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, digunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu (1) teknik observasi langsung, (2) teknik komunikasi langsung, (3) teknik komunikasi tidak langsung. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yaitu (1) pedoman observasi, (2) panduan wawancara, (3) skala psikologis, (4) studi dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas XI SMA Negeri I Sungai Ambawang dengan jumlah subjek penelitian 8 peserta didik. peserta didik yang melakukan perilaku membolos terdapat gejala-gejala yang ada. Gejala-gejala tersebut dapat mempengaruhi keseluruhan dari perilaku membolos. durasi (1) siswa meninggalkan pelajaran tertentu (2) siswa tidak kembali ke kelas setelah meminta izin keluar, penyebab peserta didik membolos sekolah yang sering muncul yaitu terlambat bangun sehingga niat untuk pergi sekolah sudah tidak ada, tidak menyukai mata pelajaran, tidak menyiapkan pekerjaan rumah (PR) kurang mempunyai persiapan untuk kegiatan kelas. Hasil pelaksanaan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan teknik self-management untuk mengubah perilaku membolos pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri I Sungai Ambawang mendapatkan persentase rata-rata 49% dengan kategori baik.
