MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN TATA TERTIB SEKOLAH MELALUI LAYANAN INFORMASI DENGAN TEKNIK BEHVIOR CHART PADA SISWA SMA NEGERI 1 SINTANG

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena rendahnya tingkat kedisiplinan tata tertib sekolah pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Sintang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan tata tertib sekolah siswa dengan layanan informasi dengan teknik behvior chart. ada 36 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian yang dipilih berdasarkan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam dua siklus dan dimasing-masing siklus terdapat dua pertemuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan disetiap siklus, pada aspek aturan masuk dan pulang sekolah siklus I diperoleh 51% kategori “sedang” kemudian siklus II 91,30% kategori “tinggi”, aspek aturan izin dan sakit siklus I diperoleh 57% kategori “sedang” kemudian siklus II 91,3% kategori “tinggi”, aspek aturan berpakaian disekolah siklus I diperoleh 55,4% kategori “sedang” kemudian siklus II 92,02% kategori “tinggi”, aspek aturan berpenampilan disekolah siklus I diperoleh 55,3% kategori “sedang” kemudian siklus II 90% kategori “tinggi”, aspek aturan kebersihan,kedisplinan dan ketertiban sikkus I diperoleh 53,12% kategori “sedang” kemudian siklus II 91% kategori “tinggi”, dan aspek aturan sopan santun pergaulan siklus I diperoleh 53% kategori “sedang” kemudian siklus II 92,1% kategori “tinggi”. Sehingga hipotesis tindakan bisa diterima karena ada peningkatan dari indikator keberhasilan.
