Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui karakteristik siswa korban bullying di SMA Negeri 1 Semitau; (2) mengetahui langkah-langkah studi kasus dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada siswa korban bullying di SMA Negeri 1 Semitau; (3) mengetahui model konseling yang digunakan untuk membantu siswa korban bullying di SMA Negeri 1 Semitau. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data (1) teknik observasi langsung; (2) teknik komunikasi langsung; (3) dokumenter. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas XI IPS 2 di SMA Negeri 1 Semitau dengan jumlah subjek penelitian 1 orang peserta didik. Hasil pelaksanaan treatment dengan teknik cognitive restructuring untuk mengubah cara berpikir subjek yang tadinya irasional menjadi rasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap siswa yang menjadi korban bullying, guru, serta pihak sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk bullying yang dialami meliputi verbal, fisik, dan sosial, yang berdampak signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental, motivasi belajar, serta hubungan sosial korban. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa penanganan dari pihak sekolah masih belum optimal, terutama dalam hal pendampingan psikologis dan tindakan preventif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya program konseling intensif dan peningkatan peran guru sebagai agen pencegah bullying di lingkungan sekolah.
