UPAYA MENINGKATKAN SIKAP TANGGUNG JAWAB BELAJAR MELALUI KONSELING KELOMPOK PADA SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA NEGERI 1 SUBAH

Abstrak

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian Tindakan, mengunakan prosedur penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling (PTBK). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 23 siswa dari kelas VIII SMPN 1 Subah dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang siswa yang memiliki sikap tanggung jawab belajar rendah. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diantaranya : 1) gambaran awal  sikap tanggung jawab belajar siswa kelas VIII aspek pertama 86% dengan kategori “Baik” peningkatan pada aspek kedua 48% dengan kategori “Baik” peningkatan pada aspek ketiga 85% dengan kategori “Baik”, peningkatan pada aspek keempat 78% dengan kategori “Baik”, peningkatan pada aspek kelima 89% dengan kategori “Baik”, peningkatan pada aspek keenam 79% dkategori “Baik”, peningkatan pada aspek ketujuh 87% diketgorikan “Baik”, peningkatan aspek kedelapan 82% dikategori “Baik”, peningkatan aspek kesembilan 85% dikategori “Baik”, peningkatan pada aspek kesepuluh 85% dikategori “Baik”. Hasil akhir keseluruhan berdasarkan sampel penelitian sebelum layanan adalah 3,5% hasil akhir setelah layanan 61% dan peningkatan mencapai 57,5%. 2) pelaksanaan layanan konseling kelompok, a) siklus I berdasarkan hasil pengamatan guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap peneliti mencapai hasil 44% kategori “Cukup”, b) siklus II berdasarkan hasil pengamatan guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap peneliti mencapai hasil 74% dikategori “Baik”. 3) peningkatan sikap tanggung jawab belajar sebelum diberikan tindakan mendapatkan 43,75% dan setelah diberikan layanan 76,25% mendapat peningkatan 32,5% diketegorikan “Baik”.
